Job Description
Basic Responsibilities:
- Receiving P.O . request from staff
- Assisting staff in sourcing products
- Obtaining quote from supplies
- Placing order with supplies and following up until goods/ services delivered
- Managing orders on NAVISION soft through to request for payment.

Requirements:
- Good organization skill in terms of document preparation, contract administration and other general office duties
- Good communication skill in liaising with school internal customers and suppliers
- Good English knowledge and strong in both oral and writing
- Be able to work to deadlines, parent information clearly and concisely and have the ability to collate, analyze and interpret statistical information
- Excellent computer skill
- Proven experience of working in a similar purchasing environment would be preferred
