职位描述：
Supporting day to day sales director’s administrative requirements
To enhance working efficiency of sales department operation
To enhance working relationship between staffs of sales department
Support overall sales director’s administrative request
Consolidate overall Asia sales department reportings (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Support overall sales department AR drive
Coordinate and lead sales department team building activities
Support sales director’s presentation and any designated assignments
Identify, and lead overall sales department adminstration efficiency
Support company roadshow, sales related activites at customer sites
Support data analysis assigned by sales director

Able to communicate tactically to all level of internal stakeholders
Abe to think analytically to translate data to useful information
Able to drive to meet assignment in timely manner, with adequate resourcefulness to work independently
Good powerpoint and excel skills
Some finance knowledge will be an added advantage

Administration and secretarial skillset
University
