Job Description:

- Assist Security Manager and Plant Manager to keep Ingevity Zhuhai’s intellectual property and physical assets protected, running, available, and secure.
- Manage security guard team to ensure Entry & Exit Policy to be implemented properly. Work closely with local police station to follow requirements.
- The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, good facilitator and problem solver. S/he will need to be able to work at all levels within the organization to influence and establish a new culture.

How You Will Impact Ingevity Zhuhai

? Contribute for Intellectual Property assessments of Ingevity Zhuhai’s assets as well as new inventions and property to determine where trade secret protection is needed
? Contribute to ensure trade secret protection policies and procedures are reasonable yet effective and enforceable
? Conduct trade secret procedure training for all of Ingevity Zhuhai’s employees including initial and annual refresher training.
? Work with key stakeholders to conduct trade secret audits.
? Lead plant security guard team and monitor their performance to ensure plant physical security and entry/exit policies are followed properly.
? Assist HR with employee on boarding and off boarding to ensure effective Intellectual Property protection measures are implemented and enforced.
? Lead security incident investigation and make sure the corrected actions are conducted.

What You Need to Succeed

? College Degree at Administrative or Public Security.*In-depth experience with various Chinese and international Security regulations.
? Experience working with administration of physical security.
? Knowledge of the chemicals industry is desirable.
*Successful troubleshooting and critical thinking skills solving incidents in highly complex environments with creative solutions and root cause analysis
*Capable of managing and delegating tasks and projects in a highly dynamic environment where priorities shift constantly; must be nimble and effective in delivering on assigned goals and objectives.
* Experience at incident investigation.
* Can perform day/night check for security guard performance monitoring and plant security during weekend/holiday.
* Knowledge at manage and maintenance of Tyco Ccure9000 security system is preferred.
* Strong people management, influencing, and team building skills
* Ability to establish trust, confidence, and credibility throughout all levels of the organization 举报 分享
