1. Key in customers' basic information & quotations into the system.
2. Supporting sale team includes managing schedules, preparing and creating sales/CSR documents
3. Supporting sales department in handling customer enquiry
4. Supporting marketing department in handling marketing events
5. Handle the marketing materials ordering request and work with the warehouse keeper to have the needed materials ordered
Requirements:
3+ years experience in service field would be advantageous; Cheerful personality; Good command of both written & spoken English; Good communication skills and initiative service consciousness
