职位描述：

一、职责

1、日常的数据录入及处理；

2、负责与客户洽谈，回复国外代理的邮件询价；

3、接收国外代理货物的订单及安排订舱；

4、制作空运单证，制定报关文件提供给报关行及其他相关文件；

5、对所运货物加强跟踪，及时发现和解决运输途中的问题；

5、向国外代理出提单、开代理帐单及发货物出运预报；

6、负责在系统中录入应收应付费用等；

7、保持与客户的沟通，了解和满足客户需求。

二、要求

1、学历：大专及以上学历；物流、货代及航运等相关专业；

2、英语水平：CET-4级以上，有良好的读写能力；

3、熟练掌握WORD、EXCEL等办公软件和物流系统软件的应用；

4、有一定空运货代实际操作的经验；

5、工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识及沟通能力。
