Purpose of this Position 职位目标
1. Lead area sales team to achieve sales target.
领导区域销售队伍达成所负责区域的销售目标
2. Be responsible for the area marketing analyst. Propose & implement a strategy which could improve the sales and market share of company product
负责对区域市场进行分析,并就所辖区域如何提高所负责公司产品的销售和市场份额提出策略并实施
3. Take responsibility to build a sales team which possesses team spirit and great competition.
勇于承担责任,建立一支有凝聚力、有竞争力的销售队伍
Main Job Responsibilities 主要职责
a. Business development (includes relationship development with endusers and relevant parties) of their respective territories and to be fully compliant with group compliance policies.
在各自地区发展业务(包括与最终用户及相关者的关系发展),并完全符合集团的合规政策。
b. Ensure that all necessary measures are taken to ensure that commercial obligations and commitments are in full compliance with group financial and compliance policies.
确保采取一切必要措施,以确保商业的义务和承诺与集团的财务和合规政策完全符合。
c. To meet or exceed respective performance target in accordance to the yearly budgets
根据年度预算达到或超越各自业务绩效目标
d. Be in full knowledge of their respective market opportunities, competitive intelligence and relationship networks
充分掌握各自的市场机遇,竞争情报和关系网络
e. Ensure that all sales processes and tools are being used properly and accurately.
确保所有销售流程和工具都在被正确使用。
f. Ensure that AR collection is properly and promptly followed up and to work in coordination with finance and service
确保应收帐款的正确并及时跟进,及与财务及服务部协调工作。
g. Ensure the development of the respective sales teams’ competence in the areas of sales skills, technical knowledge, relationship networks with endusers, DI, BOT customers, main contractors and agents, competitive intelligence
确保各自销售团队的技能发展,销售技巧,技术知识,与最终用户、DI、BOT客户,主要总包和代理的关系网络,及竞争情报等方面。
h. Ensure that a prompt and good quality follow up on customer requests and complaints
对客户需求和投诉,确保有一个迅速,及良好质素的跟踪。
职位要求:
-10年以上工作经验,其中8年以上水泵设备销售经历,有泵厂生产或维护经验优先;
-与市政建设单位、市政设计院所、总包公司或相关单位有较好的关系网络;
-流体机械、流体工程、机械/电工程、给排水专业、环境工程本科或以上学历;
-熟悉各类污水处理设备及其工艺;
-具备一定的英语读写说能力;
-有责任心并且能够积极的完成既定的目标;
-愿意经常出差。
