Goal

With our increase orders year on year, work efficiently to help liaison and achieve process improvement to reduce manual order management and report work.
 
Responsible;

Helping ordering and supply chain liaision for regular and FOB orders.
Work closely with US/ UK/ FR colleague on orders, update latest order state and issues if there is any.
Spare part ordering, order consolidation.
Sample ordering
Shipping advice and shipping docuements on time control
Inspection booking with 3rd party agent
Monthly report to provide vendor assessment.

English Reading and writing is Must, in very good level.
English speak and listening in good level.
Excel skill is must for daily work
