For our national subsidiary in China, we are looking for a
Market Developer LED Phosphors
With focus on market and business /sales development of the LED Organic Phosphor products in China LED Lighting Industry; product promotion and customer management in China, identification of potential customers / partners / distributors along the LED / Lighting value chain.
Main responsibilities
1， Finds potential customers the along the value in China and promotes the LED Organic Phosphors product range
2， Develop sales of the LED Organic phosphor products (films, Masterbatches, LED Bulbs)
3， Provides support to customers and collects market requirements, customer needs, technical trends, competitor activities, and drivers throughout the value chain in the LED Lighting and Display industry
4， Draft proposal on marketing and technical solutions to customers and ensure account strategy is exploited consistently

Requirements
1， Master of Science or Bachelor of Science degree in chemical
2， engineering or related; or master degree in business administration or economics with LED Lighting / display industry experience
3， Min. 5 years working experience (business development, technical sales, technical support, marketing or production related) in China LED / display industry and/or min. 3 year product management and/or marketing experience of LED Lighting / display materials
4， Good understanding of the LED industry, Lighting industry
(value chain, applications, designs, distribution channels)
5， Fluent oral and written English language skill
6， The position is based in Shanghai
