Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage new employees’ on boarding process, probation assessment process and tracking probation results and exit process.
2. Organize new employee orientation program.
3. Labor contract renewal.
4. Employee personnel file Management
5. Attendance/leave record management.
6. Income/on job certification preparation to employees.
7. Monthly Payroll for local employees and expatriates: Handle monthly payroll and tax filling, ensure timely deposits and accuracy, accountable for payroll and tax related questions and prepare payroll related reports.
8. Annual Tax Filling: Based on the tax bureau schedule to process annual tax filling timely.
9. Complete the annual Social Benefits benchmark's declaration and Housing fund Benchmark declaration.
10. Handling the application of Shanghai Residence issues for local employees.
11. Support on people review, retention, transfer and termination actions.
12. HRIS project involvement.
13. Other HR tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent
2. Around 5 years of HR operation experience, HRIS related is preferred
3. Detail oriented, patient, and responsible
4. Be good at data analysis
5. Ability to maintain confidential information
6. Good command of English in written and oral
