职位描述：
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Coordinates with the marketing activities, which include advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, and trade shows. This position will lead the marketing communications projects and participating in the design and implementation of marketing initiatives. The position will also need to work with and leverage JLT Asia regional and global marketing teams to implement marketing initiatives for JLT China.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 - Proofs and edits materials including brochures, advertisements, press releases, web content, WeChat updates, presentations, and marketing and sales promotional materials.
 - Raise JLT brand profile in China, represents the company, as well as works with industry analysts and editors to increase company visibility.
 - Assists in the organization, planning and implementation of a variety of events to position the company in the marketplace, enhance client and partner relationships, and improve internal communications.
 - Collects and analyses data to evaluate existing and potential product/service markets.
 - Participates in gathering information from periodicals and the WWW on competitors and industry news.
 - Experience in public relations a definite plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

 - Bachelor degree or above;
 - Above 5 year experience in marketing related roles, MNC is a plus;
 - Strong English Skills (speaking, writing, presenting);
 - Strong event & time management skills;
 - Proficient in Computer skills and writing skills
 - Understanding of insurance industry and environment preferred;
 - Very good interpersonal skill;
