职位描述：
We are looking for a purchasing assistant or purchasing manager for our exhibition stands and marketing equipment. You need to have bachelor/master degree, have experience from purchasing, and preferably been working with exhibition and marketing products.

Tasks:
＊Follow up orders from our international customers.
＊Design and quality check of customers designs using Photoshop / illustrator / inDesign.
＊Product research and product development
＊Contact and follow up relations with factories
＊Purchasing of customized goods/products from cooperating factories
＊Factory visits and Quality Control of products
＊Packing and shipping/export of goods
＊General administration work related to above functions

We search for an employee with following skills:
＊Want to and are able to work in international environment
＊Very good English communication skills, both oral and written
＊Understand and have experience with project management.
＊Intermediate skills using Excel and Word.
＊Knowledge about Alibaba, 1688.com, Taobao and other shopping networks / resources for product search.
＊Open minded, willing to learn new skills and knowledge.
＊Passionate about high quality of personal work and standards
＊Able to solve any challenge (do problem solving) with care of customers, partners/factories and our company.

Working hours: Monday to Friday. 09:30 - 18:30. 60 minutes lunch.
Working location: Close to Jiao Tong University Metro Station / PanYu Lu / FaHuaZhen lu.
Salary depending on experience.

We specializes in export of marketing products related to big print, marketing equipment and exhibition stands. We do production on demand in cooperation with selected factories in Shanghai and nearby provinces. Our main market is in Europe. From year 2016 we also start a department for sales & services of events and exhibitions, targeting international customers in China.

Our Company does product research, product development, 2D- and 3D-design, production on demand based on orders from our customers, quality control of products, packing and shipping to our customer.
