职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Be the primary source of product reliability prediction calculations as required by customers
2. Participate in customer calls/discussions and provide appropriate expertise on reliability
3. Provide guidance to the R&D, ME and PLM organizations with respect to appropriate reliability tests to be conducted whenever there is a new product launch or design/process/material change along the way
4. Analyze customer specifications for reliability and reliability methods and make suggestions for internal process changes as necessary
5. Participate in R&D Design Reviews to provide reliability testing input and schedule matching
6. Setup and execute ORT/ORM plan
7. Establish relevant reliability testing procedures where necessary
Qualification:
1. Strong technical, and verbal communication skills are a requirement
2. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree (and preferably a Master’s degree) in Engineering or Science
3. Must have a minimum of 7-year experience in telecommunication product reliability requirements
4. Familiarity with Telcordia and other performance and reliability standards is necessary
5. Familiarity with reliability modeling and life-time calculations using data from accelerated tests is necessary 举报 分享
