1.0 COMPENSATION and benefits薪资和福利
a)Assist in drafting company annual compensation and benefit plan.
协助起草公司年度薪酬福利计划.
b)Assist HRD in the design and implement of compensation and benefit policy.
参与设计实施薪酬福利政策.
c)Responsible for processing monthly payroll for shop floor and office employees in the Shanghai facility by using the HR payroll system.
使用人事薪资系统,负责上海工厂车间和办公室员工的每月工资处理。
d)Responsible for entering correct salary information into the payroll system for new hires in accordance with government legislation.
负责根据政府法规把新员工的工资信息正确录入工资系统。
e)Accurately processes employee increases and retro payments in a timely fashion.
准确地处理员工增加和及时地处理付款。
f)Responsible for providing employee compensation information to management before performance reviews commence, or promotion occurs.
负责在绩效评估开始前,或者提升前把员工的薪资信息提供给管理层。
g)Is responsible for providing Human Resources & Administration Director with accurate compensation packages for hiring & termination processes, which are in compliance with current legislation. 负责在录用&终止程序时提供给人力资源&行政部总监准确的符合现有法律的薪酬信息。
h)Completes & provides all relative payroll reports
完成&提供所有相关的薪酬报告。
i)Responsible for ensuring Compensation & Benefits policies are in compliance with current legislation

j)Working with HR Director to develop and contain costs for China’s Compensation and Benefit structure
和人事总监一起致力于开发和控制中国的薪资和福利结构的成本。
k)Providing training to new and current employees on payroll and benefits administration
给新员工和现有员工提供工资和福利管理的培训。
l)Completes all relative Benefit reports in a timely and accurate fashion

j) Prepare C & B information to internal and external auditors as required.

kResponsible for ensuring the training of backup for payroll.

l)Analyze and prepare Benefit and Payroll Data for Corporate Human Resources

m)Provide employment verification verbal & written (bank letters, credit checks)

n)Assist employees with issues regarding benefits

2.0 MEDICAL/INJURY FOLLOW-UP 医疗/工伤的跟进
a)Ensures all medical exams have been completed prior to hiring decision.
确保录用之前所有员工完成入职体检。
b)Ensures annual medical exams are conducted in a well-organised way and keep employees’ health record on file.
确保年度体检在精心组织下进行,保存员工的健康档案。
c)Record and document workplace injury cases in EHC Shanghai file, report to corporate any loss time in the timely manner.
记录依合斯上海工伤事故案件档案.及时将损失时间报告给总部.
d)Report to government on any workplace injury cases promptly and handles well the medical expenses and other issues related to the workplace injury to meet legal requirement.
根据政府的要求, 及时向政府申报工伤事故,并妥善处理与工伤相关的医疗以及其他善后问题.
e)Is an active member of the Return to Work Team to ensure employees return to work quickly and in a safe manner.
是重返工作团队的一名积极分子,确保员工快速并以安全的方式重返工作岗位。
f)Participate in the root cause analysis and report of workplace injury, provide support as required.
参与工伤事故原因和报告的调查和分析,提供所需要的支持.
g)Provide assistance to employees with regards to issues that arise from Workplace injury insurance claims
给员工关于工伤保险索赔引发的问题提供协助。
h)Provide a monthly analysis report on time lost and costs related to workplace accidents to appropriate managers
提供和工作场所事故有关的时间损失和成本的月度分析报告给适当的经理。
3.0 Report 报告
a)Responsible for the processing relative year end reports for government agencies and Finance Dep’t and Corporate Human Resources.
负责处理相关的年终报告给政府机构和财务部门以及总部人力资源部。
b)Complete HR month end report and other reports on time
按时完成人事月度报告,以及其它报告.
c)Provides analysis of data & provides a monthly report
提供数据分析&提供月度报告。
4.0 Performance Management
a)Proceed with annual Employee Dialogue including
i.Conduct performance management workshops to familiarize /refresh employees the process and requirements, use of performance management tools (EDP).
ii.Collect pre-rating from line managers and consolidate the initial results for cross business/function unit’s comparison to ensure internal equity.
iii.Reflect employees and managers’ different view on the performance management process and requirements on supervisor to support improvement of the system.
b)Provide support on employee on pay increase and promotion activities.

5.0HEALTH & SAFETY/SECURING INFORMATION 健康&安全信息
a)Is responsible for securing all payroll and Human Resources Department information above the current legislation standards.

b)Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and adhering to legal requirements with Provincial, Federal, and local laws by following policies and procedures

a)Provides quality service by following ISO standards and 5S

任职资格
?*University Degree with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
工商管理、人力资源或相关专业本科学历。
?*2 - 4 years’ experience in Human Resources in an international company preferably in a manufacturing environment

?*Demonstrated experience with compensation & benefits

?*Must be fluent in Mandarin, and English – both verbal and written
