职位描述：

岗位职责：

Job Responsibilities:

1.参与天窗产品开发工作；

Develop Sunroof Products;
2.根据应用工程师或销售要求，提供3D ，2D，DMU等技术支持；

According to application engineer or sales requirements, provide 3D, 2D, DMU and other technical support;
3.实施数模质量检查、验证与分析；

The implementation of model quality inspection, verification and analysis;
4.准备和维护数据发布和工程变更文件；

Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents;
5.协助产品应用工程师定义图纸的基准点及尺寸公差；

Implement reference point system and tolerances in drawings;
6.根据应用需求保持客户CAD数据的完整性；

Maintain strong familiarity with specific customer CAD data integrity requirements and apply them as required;
7.积极参与设计评审；

Actively participate in product design reviews when required;
8.积极参与DFMEA编制；

Actively participate in DFMEA;
9.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

Undertake other tasks required form management Requirements.

岗位要求：

Job Requirements:

1.机械工程，汽车相关专业本科学历；

Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering, auto enineering related majors;
2.2年以上的独资公司或者合资公司工作经验；

2+ years working experience in foreign company or foreign joint venture company;
3.具备一定的工具，模具和夹具的设计开发能力；

Have design and development capability of tools, molds and fixtures;

4.具备一定的QS9000, VDA6.1和/或者 TS16949知识；

Familiar with QS9000, VDA6.1 and / or knowledge of TS16949;

5.熟练使用UG，CATIA等三维软件查看改产品图纸和数模；

Familiar with UG or CATIA to view and change product drawings and 3D data;

6.英语听说读写良好，会德语优先考虑；
Good english skill in oral, listening, reading and writing, German language will be a plus;
7.善于人际沟通与协调，较强的语言和文字表达能力。

Good at interpersonal communicate and negotiate, have strong speaking and writing expressive ability;
