职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY:
The Logistics Coordinator is the development position intended to support the administrative requirements of the Supply Chain. This position is to provide an opportunity for a worthy candidate to gain experience and exposure to the logistics processes in an international organization and provide an opportunity for the company to evaluate potential permanent hires in a critical support function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Deal with important/export/local shipments for both inter-company and third party.
-Print and pass packing documents to the warehouse in the timely manner.
-Work with forwarders/Agent and prepare documents required to support the customs clearance and logistics processes.
-Review backlogs report daily to make sure on time deliveries to the customers.
-Coordinate with other teams/forwarders/agent for all kinds of logistics issues.
-Other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
-College Degree or above and majoring in International Trade or applicable area.
-2 years experiences in logistics department, preferably in Waigaoqiao Pilot Free Trade Zone.
-Good command of written and spoken in English & Mandarin.
-Knowledge of import/export customs clearance procedure.
-Proficient in computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
-Highly organized, and able to strictly adhere to procedures and processes. 举报 分享
