职位描述：
ROLE: Sales Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY: Manages sales of the company’s products and services.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning.
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
FUNCTIONS:
？Collaborates with Sales Italian Senior in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
？Keep a direct and costant Relationship with Customer, visiting them.
？Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Sales Senior.
？Collaborates with Sales Senior to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines, to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
？Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
？Reports directly to Sales and Marketing Senior.
QUALIFICATIONS :
？Office package and the main informatics tools knowledge
？Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
？Ability to work independently and in a self-managed way
？Attitude to deal with Chinese Environment
？Proficiency in conflict management and problem-solving
？Proven ability to motivate the sales team
？Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies, to interpret sales performance and market trend information
？Ability to multi-task and prioritize
？Open-minded mentality, Initiative and Proactivity
？Reliability and availability, at a personal level, to flexible schedule and possible travel
？A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of 2 years of related experience or training in Sales sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
？A valid driver’s license
