职位描述：
Job description / Mission
Mission: Lead service delivery hub in employee life cycle management, actively interact with Business HRM / BP to well capture business requirement, ensure excellent delivery with cost efficiency and high quality standard and create best employee experience. An innovative leader who encourages the hub members to drive the continuous improvement, including but not limited to process innovation and synergy realization.

1. Lead service delivery hub in employee life cycle management, including but not limited to hire to retire process, social welfare operations, HR automatic solutions etc.
2. Actively interact with Business HRM / BP to identify internal business needs, close work with team members, cross function teams, external agencies in achieving the operation excellence.
3. Find the ways to reduce the service hub’s manual workload, improve efficiency.
4. Encourage the learning atmosphere, dare to try new ways, believe there is always a better way in operations
5. Responsible for the vendor performance management and make sure the compliance in operations.
6. Team management and development, support team member’s in competence and career development
7. Support manager in assigned tasks or projects.

Experience Requirements
At least 8 year experience in HR operations, rich experience in employee life cycle management
A people care person, with people management experience
Expertise in HR process innovation
Expertise in vendor performance management

Knowledge / Educational requirements
Good HR system knowledge and MS Office skills
Project management is a plus
University graduated

Personality requirements
Passion, initiative person with strong interpersonal skills
Walk the talk, lead by example, take responsibility, team work spirit
Detail oriented without losing big picture
