GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY基本描述
The Material Handler is responsible for packing finished goods, loading and unloading all carriers according to established procedures and guidelines. Carries out cycle counting duties as directed. The Material Handler will be expected to provide assistance in the other Departments as requested, and will use simple machines or equipment according to written guidelines.
材料管理员负责包装成品，装载和卸载所有货物根据现有的生产程序和指导方针。根据指导履行周期盘点职责。材料管理员要根据其他部门的要求提供协助，会使用简单的机械或设备根据指导方针。

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
1.0 Packaging of Finished Goods 包装成品
a) Packages all finished goods in the appropriate packaging according to established quality procedures and guidelines; signs off the work order in the specified area and updates the business software to the appropriate status.
根据现有的质量程序和指导方针，以合适的方式包装所有成品；在特定区域停止工作订单，更新商务软件程序至合适的状态
b) Prepares labels, product and packaging slips according to EHC procedures and cosmetic standards.
准备标签，产品和包装纸根据依合斯生产程序和包装标准
c) Responsible for moving finished products to their proper storage area.
负责运输成品到它们合适的存储区域
2.0 Shipping of Finished Goods 成品出货
a) Responsible for shipping process for all outgoing shipments; compares daily Ship list to the Bills of Lading and confirms that all handrails are packaged and available for shipping; notifies Traffic Coordinator if there are any discrepancies.
负责所有出口产品的出货程序；将每日出货清单和提货单比较，保证所有扶手带包装完整并且能够出货；发现任何瑕疵，通知运输协调员
b) Ensures all Bills of Lading match the packaged product according to (skid, box and handrail counts, address, carrier and that all Bills of Lading are signed by the Shipper and the Carrier and a copy is retained)
确保提货单和包装的产品吻合，根据（滑动垫木、包装盒子和扶手带数量、地址、运输者、出货商及运输商签署的提货单，以及复印件都包含其中）
c) Ensures the Bill of Lading information and quantity count match the actual shipment information when shipping to satellite plants and miscellaneous items; notifies manager of any discrepancies.
确保提货单信息和数量符合实际的出货信息当出货至卫星厂；有任何差异便通知经理
3.0 Receiving Shipments 收货
a) Ensures all carrier Bills of Lading correspond with the actual product/material received. Notifies Purchasing of any discrepancies prior to unloading or signing the Bills of Lading.
确保运输商的提货单符合产品/材料的实际接收数量，一旦有任何差异，通知采购部门，不要卸货或签署提货单
b) Responsible for unloading the carrier and storing all materials in the designated staging areas for inspection by the Quality Department in order to obtain approval for release and use.
负责卸载货物并在指定区域存储所有材料供质量部检查，以得到释放和使用的许可
c) Ensures material is labelled according to procedure.
确保材料根据程序贴好标签
d) Responsible for storing all materials in the designated areas and specific racking using First-In-First-Out (FIFO)

4.0 Material Issues材料问题
a) Ensures a timely delivery of raw material to production lines as required.
根据要求，确保将原料及时投放到生产线上
b) Ensures returned materials are correctly identified and quantity confirmed prior to returning to the main raw material’s warehouse
确保返还的材料被准确地识别，数量确认优先于返回主要的原料仓库
c) Updates EHC ERP software of inventory movements in a timely manner (where possible this should be real time).
            及时地更新依合斯仓库移动ERP软件（必须是真实的时间）
5.0 Inventory Accuracy 库存准确性
a) Carries out cycle counting duties as detailed by Logistics Supervisor or his/her designate.
            根据物流主管的委派，履行周期性盘点职责
6.0 Quality, Health, Safety and Environment 质量，健康，安全和环境
a) Maintains a safe and healthy environment by following EHC Health & Safety policies and procedures and complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
负责维护一个安全而健康的工作环境通过执行EHC健康和安全政策和程序，并遵照目前当地法规
b) Follows EHC’s Environmental policies and procedures to reduce impacts to the environment.
遵守依合斯环境政策和程序，减少对环境的影响
c) Maintains quality service by following EHC standards and ISO procedures
根据依合斯标准和ISO程序维护质量服务
7.0 Working Hours 工作时间
The Material Handler will be responsible to work either on a rotating shift pattern or on standard work system based on the work requirements.
材料管理员根据工作需求，在一个轮班制或标准工作系统的情况下工作
8.0 Housekeeping / 5S 仓库管理/5S
a) Is responsible for keeping all warehouse areas in a clean and tidy condition, reports any damage or areas requiring improvement to the appropriate person.
            负责把所有仓库区域保持在一个干净、舒适的环境，向合适的人报告任何危害或区域需求增长
b) Is expected to promote 5S activities in warehouse areas.
在仓库区域推广5S活动
9.0 Team Effort 团队协作
a) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

完成初中或同等教育
需要有叉车资格证书
有运输或接收原料、成品和危险物品的经验（空路&陆路）
