- Update market information
- Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, and obtain their resumes
- Conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached
- Interview scheduling, communicating with candidate etc.
- Other tasks assigned

-及时更新市场信息, 并分析理解职位需求描述
- 用有创造性且持续性的方式通过不同的渠道鉴别合适的候选人并获取他们的明确信息
- 通过电话联系筛选信息及初步评估候选人
- 与候选人协调时间，安排面试
- 其他被分配的任务

Key Competencies:
- University degree or above,
- Experience in Human resources management and consulting is a strong plus knowledge and skills in recruiting and interviewing
- Responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Teamwork player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CET6，excellent written English,fluent oral English is preferred

- 本科或者以上学历
- 有责任心, 热心, 坚韧并能够坚持在压力下工作
- 具有出色的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神
