职位描述：
Job description:
-Conduct equipment/facility trouble shooting & preventive maintenance, bottleneck equipment MTBF improvement, ensure equipment running smoothly and meet key machine uptime target.
-Spare parts management: study, analyze, plan, check, order and repair spare parts, inventory control, failure-study, documentation.
-Coach and train technicians.
-Involve in CIP
-Safety audit, identify/prevent near-miss, risk preventions
-Utility consumable gas management.

Qualification:
Education Background:
?College or above, preferred major in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering
Training:
SPC, QC7 tools, problem solving is a plus
Working Experience:
- More than 2 years of construction management experience and factory facilities management experience
-Experience in new equipment installation, conduct IAT/FAT .
-3+ years experience in electronic/electrical equipment/instrument maintenance.
-Ability & skills to analyze complicated problems of precise equipment in the fields of electronic, electrical, mechanical and optical applications.
-Practical and hands-on skills to resolve equipment problems.
-Experience & knowledge in EHS, utility/facility maintenance is preferred.
-Experience in systematic preventive maintenance set up and resolving problem from its root.
Skill:
-Teamwork and good communication skills
-Electricians operating permit priority is preferred
-Have good negotiation skills
-Good written and spoken English
-Good PC skills (eg. Microsoft Office, etc.)
Attitude:
-Able to working independently and under pressure
-Be open-minded, self-motivated and quick learner
-Good team player
-Willing to be re-assigned to work outside Shanghai 举报 分享
