职位描述：
HR Generalist (Nanjing, first 6 month base in Shanghai)

Job description

1. Provide hire to retire administration services including employee master data maintain, onboarding, mobility etc. standard HR procedure and documentation. Ensure process efficiency and legal compliance.
2. Support monthly and quarterly global HR standard reporting, follow “The way we do things” to prepare the reporting data.
3. Responsible for employee’s social welfare and housing fund registration, payment and yearly benchmark review, make sure the operation compliance.
4. Responsible for monthly payroll and tax operations.
5. Responsible for the company insurance contract renew, vendor management and employee inquiry support.
6. Provide the excellent experience to employees at every moment of truth including issue kinds of HR related statement, support employees in work related injury, support social welfare, insurance etc. HR related inquiries.
7. Close interaction with Business Partner to follow up outstanding operation cases, driving the final solution.
8. Responsible operation processes continuously improvement.
9. Support in HR administration / project assign by manager.

Experience Requirements
At least 2 years HR administration experiences, share service background in multinational company will be a plus.

Knowledge / Educational requirements
- Understanding and interpretation of HR legislation and policy
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Be familiar with the Success factor system will be a plus.
- Good English skill
- University graduated

- Initiative, willing to take responsibility, team work spirit
- Diligent, careful and pro-active attitude
