Job Description
? Provide daily legal advice and support to other development
? Daily contract drafting and review
? Responsible of government related inquiries/challenges
? Provide legal advice and assistance on IP related registration and maintenance
? Responsible of business registration and annual check
? Provide other legal advice /support per request.

The Successful Applicant
? Good communication skills
? Creative, passionate and honest
? Good drafting skills of legal documents
? Familiar with Chinese laws, regulations and legal/government related procedures
? At least 1 years working experience with law firms and/or multinational companies
? Major in law
? Fluent English
