职位描述：
Job Requirement
Perform high standard of implementation of the branch strategies and action plans
Analyze and make good use of customer behaviors and information to stimulate new business leads.
Achieve overall production/activity target and all respective lines of business targets.
Develop in-depth knowledge of competitor products and identify unique selling points of Zurich products.
Develop long-term relationships with key personnel within each agency/broker that resemble partnerships.
Make sales calls and visits as often as possible for field coaching and business promotion.
To build and maintain close relationship with assigned distribution
To monitor the credit position of distribution channel.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year experience in insurance industry, mainly on sales and marketing of general insurance and personal insurance product
Ability to develop good relationships with business partners
Essential marketing skills
Customer focus
Open mind to try new ways and alternative approaches of doing things
