职位描述：
Job Description:

1. Establish best practice Manufacturing and Engineering methodologies and work with/train supply base to implement;
2. Maintain Engineering up to date drawings and records for all sourced products and components;
3. Maintain Bills of Material for all sourced products;
4. Maintain Change Control Documentation based on worldwide standards;
5. Maintain production schedule and meet agreed upon customer ship dates;
6. Establish standard Supplier Quality plan in conjunction with Purchasing and Manufacturing teams;
7. Work with the American Project and Engineering team to establish and maintain standard procedures;
8. Work on project management, maintaining low warranty rates and other items to improve efficiency as directed by management;
9. Transform US drawings and standard into Chinese for workshop using base on project;
10. Work closely with application engineer and design engineer to make manufacturing drawings.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical stream / Manufacturing Technology; At least three years hand-on experience on Steel Fabrication / Assembly / Welding / Painting, etc;
2. Proficient in AutoCAD, and knowledge with 3D graphics software, Inventor is preferred;
3. Thermal control or ventilation system design & drawing experience is preferred;
4. Familiar with various types of mechanical parts, standard parts, non-standard parts, GM parts, pneumatic components design standards and specifications;
5. Familiar with the basic principles, structure, capability, technical parameters and installation methods of mechanical devices;
6. Detailed overview of production engineering processes, manufacturing systems, project-scheduling, ISO quality systems, paint systems;
7. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project;
8. Experience of making English quality documents (dimension report/ assembly report/ paint report);
9. Experience of making English project progress report ( with picture attached);
10. Familiar with Chinese pressure vessel code and hand on experience on the pressure vessel manufacturing upon the GB code is definitely an advantage. 举报 分享
