1、有效地维护现有招聘渠道并拓展新的招聘渠道，以寻找到合适的招聘资源；
2、负责执行招聘计划，发布招聘广告，收集简历，进行简历初步筛选，电话邀约，整理有效简历信息；
3、负责跟进整个招聘进程、跟踪面试结果；
4、人员招聘、留存的情况跟踪及分析，以便对招聘活动进行有效的评估；

任职要求：
1、两年以上工作经验，人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、熟悉人力资源六大模块中的招聘模块，并有强烈在此模块深入学习；
3、积极主动、为人正直、工作严谨、具有较强的沟通协调能力和语言表达能力；
4、良好的团队合作精神，积极主动的工作态度与注重细节的个性；
5、能承受较大的压力.
