Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Arrange placing orders, order confirmation, tracking production, and follow up with the purchase period. According to the demand arrangements issued orders, increase orders in accordance with the actual demand, supplier capacity;
2. Timely communication with suppliers on the production progress and timely tracking, suitable for the return of production delays in order to facilitate the management staff to participate in the work of the HS to protect the original date of shipment. The process should be documented and maintained for regular review;
3. Analyze and impliment correct measures to deal with incoming quality abnormality of materials, parts and products. Review supplier's actual performance and seek for continuous improvement, as well as assess the supplier's ability in process control and quality improvement;
4. Review suppliers’ performance and initiate training sessions to upgrade suppliers management ability to improve their quality standard and on-time deleivery. This process should be duly recorded and maintained for regular review;
5. Participate in the review and selection of new suppliers, assist in the development of new suppliers, and the collect relevant information when new suppliers are imported;
6. Arrange QC staff for timely onsite inspection of our order to contracted factories the work to perform QA and QC inspection per required procedures;
7. Arrange delivery to domestic customer’s specified destination and proper shipping arrangement for export orders.
8. Analyse the relevant costs of raw materials, half-finished and finished products for sales quotation and financial reconciliation;
9. Support QC / sales work in factory or work-site as necessary;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the supply chain manager as necessary;
11. Develop a supply chain optimization program.

4.对供应商进行绩效管理,对表现差的供应商制订辅导计划并进行辅导,以确保供应商保质保量完成采购交期;并要记录及维护以便定期檢討;
5.参与新供应商的审核评估,提供资源进行新供应商的开发,以及新供应商导入时相关资料的收集;
6. 協調安排各驗货人员適时到達生产工廠執行 QA 和 QC的工作;
7. 協調安排各工廠出货到国內客户指定地点和国外订单出口的作业;
8. 综合整理分析原材料,半成品和成品的相关成本和费用以便銷售报价和財务核对;
9. 按照实际需求, 可能要到工廠或施工場所支援 QC/銷售的工作;
10.根据部门要求完成部门领导布置的其他工作;
11. 制定供应链优化方案。
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree (incl. Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Statistics);
Oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Knowledge and skill of supply chain department;
Well understanding of procurement process and the requirement of supply chain;
Strong analytical, numeracy and interpersonal skills;
Ability to do cost analysis and cost estimation;
Skilled use in Microsoft Office, especially in excel;
Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks and pressure;

具备一定的专业供应链管理知识和技能;
