Position: Project Manager
Department: Marketing & PR
Reporting to: Marketing & PR Director
Location: Shanghai with overseas travels +/-30% of the time

Stellar Works is looking to hire a Project Manager to join the marketing department, where you will play an important part of the team responsible for the strategy and development of the brand.

You will be expected to:
1. Understand the team’s role in the success of the company’s mission and commit to work towards that vision through every project
2. Raise awareness of the Stellar Works brand name & protect the brand DNA, ensuring on point brand representation
3. For each project: propose strategy and course of action to best leverage the opportunity, develop ideal execution plan and detailed work back timeline, lead the schedule and ensure timely and quality task completion from yourself and other team members
4. Independently liaise with other departments to effectively achieve goals

Typical projects:
Milan design fair (Salone del Mobile) - yearly
New York design week (ICFF) - yearly
Product launches
Campaign photoshoot and/or videoshoot
Brand collaborations
First Stellar Works publication
Showflats with developers
Photography software implementation
Marketing furniture + Sales tools inventory management and logistic
Marketing communication package development for various stakeholders
Design awards
