Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
(Major Activities of position, framework and boundaries of the job, challenges, etc. this should be a list of broad responsibilities and not a list of every single aspect of a job role or ever single task necessary to accomplish key deliverables)
1,Deliver sales growth target in volume based on price approved by BU Manager:
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new customer by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
2,Ensure smooth sales transaction from contract negotiation, order placing to account receivable.
3,Work closely with business development & marketing team to commercialize the new business projects.
4,Demonstrate customer ownership: new customer identification, build up & maintain customer relationships in multi-levels, set up & update customer profiles, act as a customer coordination point for new business projects, complain handling, account receiving, etc.
5,Monitors and collect competition information in the marketplace which includes pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, technical trends, demands, frequency of visit & relationship to our customers, merchandising techniques, etc.
6,To achieve the assigned KPI which is related to customer & business development
7,Independently communicate with suppliers for key account’s projects
8,Independently manage key customers and deeply dig the key customer's need
