职位描述：
1. Job Description
- Purchasing goods, Production Control & Quality Control,
- Good research of market trends, New items, New factories
- Negotiate, Persuade, Communicate with Suppliers, and Manage a Production plan & Quality
- Production, manufacturing inspection, investigation and follow up
- Assistant to CEO, China operation mainly
- Sales and Marketing in international / Domestic Market, Develop new sales channel
- Online shopping mall management and operation (mainly Alibaba, 1688, JD, Amazonl)
- Buyers and Customers services and response, Follow up for international partner’s requirements

2. Job Requirement
- College degree at least (2-4 Years).Must***, Age: 22 – 32 years old
- Must Fluent English (English Interview), Excellent communication with others (Negotiation Skills)
- No experience ok! Or 1 ~ 5 years in Purchasing Dept. or Online Sales. (Alibaba, JD, etc.)
- Available to visit the factories where located at other cities (Shenzhen, Guangzhou Zhejiang etc.)
- Good research for new business goods, items, factories and negotiate for best conditions
  (Internet, Alibaba, Online researching skills)
- Basic knowledge about Online shopping mall (Alibaba, JD), Sales Skills

3. Salary and Bonus
- Monthly 4000 RMB + Incentive Bonus
- Salary depends on his Career history, Ability
- Incentive depends on the Sales Performance& Quality Control of Purchasing goods (Factory Control)
- First 3 months Temporary contract + Incentive (Monthly pay) start after being regular role 举报 分享
