职位描述：
EQUIPMENT FUNCTION:
 
Responsible, as per training administered, work related to tooling design and validation, equipment repairs and changeovers, preventative maintenance activities, corrective troubleshooting on machinery and associated electrical / electronic devices, equipment inspection and installation, equipment system performance improvement. Performs all work in accordance to company policies, procedures and regulations contained in company GMPs, safety standards, SOPs and housekeeping standards, etc. Insures that all production equipment is set-up correctly and that it operates as required.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
 
The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: Responsible for tooling design, equipment validation, mechanical / electrical equipment repair and troubleshooting, process improvements, equipment changeovers, as per training administered.
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Demonstrates competency on all requirements for Mechanic, Clinical – Levels I and II.
? Performs all work in accordance to company policies, procedures and regulations contained in company GMPs, Safety Standards, SOPs etc.
? Demonstrates mechanical-troubleshooting abilities, identifies and resolves issues utilizing systematic problem solving methods. Ability to diagnose root cause problems on equipment and resolves issues with a minimum loss of production.
? Describes and understands the components of all packaging tooling and equipment within the Clinical Facility. Describes the start-up, operation and shutdown procedures for each piece of equipment. Major machine including blister, bottle line, card sealer, capsule filling, test machine, etc.
? Read and understand drawings, schematics and equipment / technical manuals and documentation. Communication with Global CI and engineering team to get necessary supporting.
? Ability to perform equipment repairs, preventative maintenance activities, changeovers, and corrective troubleshooting independently.
? Ability to perform tooling design, installation, debugging, validation, and document management including DV/CC of management in Trsckwise system.
? Demonstrates ability to remove, disassemble and repair machine components and assemblies.
? Provides guidance, assistance, team leadership, and training to Mechanic, Clinical – Levels I and II.
? Maintains records and documentation to follow GMP QA standard.
? Maintains work area, tools and equipment in a clean and safe order.
? Works with customers, Project Managers, engineers on package development projects and / or package designs.
? Ability to identify and recommend spare parts and supplies necessary to maintain efficient operation of equipment.
? Demonstrates a broad range of technical competencies as it relates to production packaging equipment.
? Demonstrates the ability to maintain multiple rooms if necessary.
? May assist Supervisor as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
? At least 3 years Pharmaceutical industry background with mould design verification and packaging equipment management experience.
? Good in English, both in written and verbal.
? Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Design or Mechanical & Electrical Integration.
? Responsible and with effective communication ability.
? Have CI, Lean, TPM experience is plus. 举报 分享
