职位描述：
1.负责公司总机接听，准确无误将信息转至有关部门或人员，接待来访人员；
2.报刊信函和快递函件的收发及统计；
3.统计核对部门员工考勤、办公用品申请、领用、以及其他日常行政工作；
4.厂房内设施报修、饮用水票给付和管理；
5.工作需要外卖、快递、规范接听电话以及前台收发货物和文件；
6.以及上级交代下来的任务；
7.向人事经理和人事主管汇报。

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历；
2.欢迎应届毕业生；
3.具有亲和力；
4.英语四级或以上；
5.能熟练运用计算机和office等办公软件，具有较好的公文写作能力；
6.家住外高桥、金桥优先考虑；
