Qualification

1) University/Bachelor or above, +3 experience in multinational company

2) Provide 1st level support to the Help Desk and second level account representatives

3) Assist with the administration of the Lotus Notes Environment

4) Monitoring of WAN replication schedules to ensure timely replication around China.

5) Ensure high level of security and data confidentiality

6) Contributing to the documentation of administration standards for Lotus Notes.

7) Hardware and Software rollouts, installation and support for all PCs, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Projectors,

LAN and Lotus Notes databases

throughout the Group.

8) Organize the repair of faulty and damaged equipment.

9) Ongoing support of the Company Information Technology infrastructure, ensuring that all software used is

licensed, backup procedures, virus checks, disaster recovery plans and usage of software in terms of Group

Procedures is adhered to.

10) Windows server 2003&2008 knowledge, very familiar with Domain Environment(AD/DNS/DHCP).

11) Cisco Firewall, Symantec BE, Cisco switchs, routers and printer server knowledge.

12) Assist with administrator of the NEC telephone system

Working Experience

1) Previous advanced experience with Lotus Notes/ Message & Collaborative Services; Previous experience

with Lotus Notes & Internet E-mail essential; Windows XP /WIN7 experience; Min 3 year PC / LAN support
