1. Set parameter of machines according to parameter sheet, when
对照设备参数表,调整设备参数:
1)it is necessary to set parameter of machines based on test result of the first sample
根据首件检查结果,必要时调整设备参数
2)machine shows alert information to set parameter of machines within authorization.
设备出现报警信息时,在允许的职责范围内调整设备参数
2. Repair or set small components of machine, such as cylinder, sensor and so on. Escalate according to the escalation process when it is necessary.
(根据标准化作业指导书)修复或调整设备上的简单元器件,如气缸、传感器等,必要时按照公司升级流程进行升级。
3. Maintain machines and fixtures regularly according to PM/TPM plan defined by technical department.
根据技术部门制定的保养计划,对设备和工装进行例行保养。
4. Ensure material supply to each and all stations of production lines based on the consumption,
根据生产线上每个工位的物料使用情况,确保每个工位的物料供应:
1)Scan Kanban code
看板扫码
2)deliver material from line side storage area to each station
将物料从线边周转区送到每个工位
5. Change production consumables in time, such as label, cover, grease, abluent and so on.
及时更换生产耗材,如标签、机壳、油脂、清洗剂等。
6. Rework and re-test product according to work instructions.
根据作业指导书,对产品进行返工和复测。
7. Set parameter of machines and fixture, change material when different product need to be produced.
生产换型时,调整设备参数,调整工装,并清理物料。
8. Implement operation training for operators newly hired and rotated from other station,
实施新员工及转岗员工的岗位操作培训:
1)Explain work instruction, show each step, observe and correct until the operator can work independently.
讲解作业指导书,示范如何操作,观察并纠正错误动作,直至新员工及转岗员工能独立工作
2)Instruct how to fill in all the check lists
指导各类点检表的填写
9. Assist line leader for day to day work, such as disciplinary, efficiency, 5S, daily production reports, team meeting and level 1 problem solving.
协助班长开展日常班组管理工作,如员工纪律、人员效率、5S、生产日报表及班会等,参与一级问题分析。
其它要求:
1. Skill matrix reaches 4 for all working stations on the relevant production lines
相关生产线的所有工位的技能矩阵达到4级
2. Have knowledge of mechanic or pneumatic
有机械或气动知识
3. Can use MS office software, such as EXCEL and WORD
能使用微软办公软件,如EXCEL和WORD
4. Can use SAP

5. Proactive, willing to learn new knowledge or skill
