Job Description
1. Develop and execute short-term operational plans, systems and processes
2. Responsible for managing multiple brand teams, program specifications as per the assigned clients to get high CSAT
3. Manage a team of contact centre executives for a particular brand and review their responsibilities on a day to day basis
4. Day to day staff planning - Manage Shrinkage, Attrition within the assigned targets.
5. Analyse and summarize the call reports based on the interaction with the Call Cycles
6. Exposure to Dashboard, Performance reporting, call planning, measuring of ROI etc.
7. Review handling of queries and creating/making response from new and commonly asked FAQ.
8. Build and execute training programs to enhance capabilities and processes within teams
9. Responsible for improvement of performance of the team to make them eligible for reward and recognition
10. Continuous process improvement
11. Assist operation Head building strategic contact centre plan for diversified client objectives with multi-channel marketing engagement tactics
Requirements
1 4 – 5 years of experience in call center field, in which 2-3 years of experience in team lead or project Management role
2 Experience in Operation /QA lead or project management in the pharmaceutical/Healthcare or related industries.
3 Should have strong people management skills
4 Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
