职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of budgets and forecasts for the companies.
- Prepare financial and management reports for the review of management.
- Play a lead role in finance and accounting functions for a portfolio of companies.
- Perform financial analysis of business units and prepare cost reports for the projects.
- Establish and implement financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
- Implement accounting system and internal control processes.
- Liaise with bankers on treasury related matters and tax consultants on tax issues.
- Liaise with local authorities on taxation, annual examination and related matters.
- Liaise with external auditors on audit/accounting issues as well as ensure that the Company meets and complies with all accounting, tax, legislative and regulative requirement.
- Conduct budgetary control, credit control, tax and cash management.
- Assist in ad hoc projects, such as due diligence, setting up of project companies.
- Be willing to travel when required.

Requirements:
- Possess bachelor or above degree in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or its equivalent with 10 years’ relevant experience in multi-national company.
- Knowledge of PRC and International Accounting Standards.
- Good knowledge of PRC tax.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Good computer skills as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good people management skills.
- Proactive, Independent and timeline-conscious. 举报 分享
