POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will work independently on HR matters and provide HR services with employees in CJ plant. Handling various HR affairs in all HR functions including C&B, recruiting, training, employee relations etc. Have good communication with employees to foster a desirable working culture where employees willing to stay.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Be responsible for daily recruitment activities to meet business needs. Do the record for all recruitment results and information for future usage.
? Ensure timely and accurately delivery of monthly payroll. Well keeping the records for checking and auditing in future.
? Accurately and effectively manage employee benefits including social benefits and supplementary benefits management.
? Employee relations management including process of check in & out, labor contract, employee benefits, employee files management, promotion transfer and reward process etc. according to the government regulations, company policies and SOX audit requirements.
? Assist HR Manager in implementing annual performance evaluation and management and conducting annual merit salary increase.
? Training course sourcing, organizing, implementing and effectiveness following up. Conduct employee training such as new employee orientation training etc. Assist HR Manager to make up training plan and monitor status.
? Other HR related works such as annual leave statistics, employee activities organizing, annual dinner arrangements, medical check arrangement etc.
? Other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by the Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree with major in HR management
? Minimum 5 years’ working experience in HR field
? Good communication skill and have team work spirit
? Good learning ability and problem solving skill
? Responsible, Self discipline and can work under pressure
? Fluent English of both spoken and written
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
? Experience in multinational companies is preferred
? Pleasant and independent personality
? Detail oriented
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Familiar with HR operation
? Familiar with Labor Law, Employment Labor Law and other regulations.
