Job Function:

工作职责：

1. Execute annual SHE plan and achieve SHE KPIs & objectives.

执行年度SHE计划，完成SHE目标和指标。

2. Develop and maintain SHE rules and procedures. Improve SHE management system and enhance the implementation continuously.

编制、更新SHE规定及程序，改进SHE管理体系，并加强执行、持续提高。

3. Improve SHE awareness and demonstrate consistently safe behaviors by visible safety leadership, effective training and visibly intervening unsafe acts, non-compliance.

通过安全领导力、有效的培训及行为干预，提高人员的安全意识。

4. Enhance site safety management whatever routine operation, maintenance or construction work by regular safety observation/supervision and take corrective actions immediately if any unsafe act or unsafe condition is observed.

通过定期的安全检查/监督，强化日常操作、维修或施工现场的安全管理，发现任何不安全行为/状况，立即采取纠正措施。

5. Enhance contractors management. Improve contractors’ safety performance by encouraging UA/UC reporting and implementing contractor penalty program strictly.

加强承包商管理，鼓励UA/UC报告，严格执行承包商处罚规定，以提高承包商的安全业绩。

6. Enhance cargo trucks and drivers management and keep close communication with the customers and transport companies.

加强货车车辆和司机的管理，与客户和运输公司保持密切联系。

7. Improve employees and contractors’ environmental protection awareness. Enhance solid & liquid wastes management, vapor treatment to minimize wastes generation and disposal.

提高员工和承包商的环保意识，加强固废、废液、废气的管理，减少废弃物产生。

8. Manage security guards and security control facilities. Make sure terminal gate control incl. people, vehicles and materials.

保安和安保设施管理，确保门卫控制，包括人员、车辆和材料。

9. Identify occupational health risks and control measures. Monitor occupational health hazards and improve health management by engineering control and adequate PPE utilization.

识别职业健康风险和控制措施，监控职业危害因素，通过工程设计和适当的PPE使用提高职业健康管理。

10. Enhance MOC management and conduct JSA for high risk activities and improve process safety.

加强变更管理，对高风险作业执行作业安全分析，提高工艺安全。

11. Deliver SHE induction and refresher training to own staff and contractors and improve their skills and competency.

对员工和承包商进行SHE初训和复训，提高他们的技能和能力。

12. Investigate any incident, conduct RCA and follow up corrective actions to prevent it from recurring.

调查任何事故，进行根本原因分析，并跟踪改进措施，以预防事故再次发生。

13. Coordinate governmental authorities inspection and check. Keep close communication with relevant governmental authorities.

协调政府部门的检查，与相关政府部门保持密切联系。

14. Execute additional job assigned by SSHEQ Manager.

完成SSHEQ经理交办的其他工作。

Skills & Knowledge:

技能知识：

1. College engineering degree or above.

工程大学学位以上。

2. At least 3 years professional work experience.

在相关企业三年以上工作经验。

3. Be familiar with chemical process, SHE management and relevant SHE regulations/standards.

熟悉化工工艺、SHE管理和相关的SHE法规/标准。

4. Good command both in spoken and written English & Chinese.

良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力。

5. Familiar with office software.

熟练运用办公自动化。

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team work ability.

良好 人际沟通能力和团队合作精神。

7. Work independently.

独立工作能力。

8. Self-motivated, highly integrity and preciseness.
