Assistant Merchandiser - hardgoods

Job Descriptions:

1. Order follow up
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal parties for information/documents
- Obtain quotations from factories
- Communicate customers’ requirements or comments on samples to factories

2. Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval.
- Pack and send samples
- Take photos of samples

3. Record order details in company’s systems for documentation, coordination, review and analysis

4. Assist in maintaining strong business relationships with vendors for production
- Maintain strong business relationships with factories through regular contacts

6. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

1. Education Level: College or university graduated. (Preferable in trading field or similar qualification)

2. Years of Experience: 1-2 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on hardgoods fields is preferred (Fresh graduation will be also considered)

3. Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written English.

4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally. 举报 分享
