职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、制定营销计划和销售目标；带领团队积极开拓国际市场，联系国外客户，寻求订单
2、负责外贸订单的洽谈、签约、单证审核、订单管理等；
3、负责对外贸订单的评估、跟踪、管理和风险控制；
4、负责外贸业务流程管理和风险控制；
5、负责客户资料的整理，做好客户要求的及时反馈和处理；
6、负责合同履行过程中紧急意外情况的妥善处理；
7、负责下属业外贸业务员的培养和指导；
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易等相关专业优先；
2、3年以上国外市场销售经验，有独立开拓市场的经验；
3、精通外贸业务操作流程；熟悉国际惯用的法律、法规；
4、具有良好的职业素养、较强的抗压能力与风险管理意识；
5、具备较强的业务谈判能力和公关能力；

Shanghai ？Newone Materials Co., Ltd. started in 2001, is an integrated enterprise？ focusing on Indoor decoration materials research, production and sales. The production base is in Anhui province, currently has more than 50 employees, 2 advanced coating production lines, 2 adhesives- coating machines and several cutting equipment. The capacity could be 5 million per month. As the sales increasing from the overseas market, company established its sales head office in Shanghai, Pudong area.

In 2013, Shanghai Newone has started to use water-based acrylic resin formulation technology to ensure the indoor decoration materials could reach the REACH standard, and safe to people’s health even in application process. Now the company's products include Embossed wallpaper series, embossed non-woven paper series, Self-adhesive wallpaper series, Glass application series and Display series.
