职位描述：
1. 入职流程操作，包括背景调查、出录用通知书、准备合同以及保密协议，给相关部门发送入职通知，员工入职首日介绍，与外服供应商做入职对接
2. 联系供应商协助办理外籍人士居留许可和工作签证，以及办理外地员工居住证积分事宜
3. 通过各种source进行候选人筛选
4. 员工个人入职材料收集、整理
5. 员工试用期、劳动合同到期提醒并跟踪流程
6. 员工离职流程跟踪
