职位描述：
For Product:
1. Develop, release and maintain Quality plan, IQC plan and FGA procedure on any project.
2. Handle customer complaints (Out of box quality issues). Lead investigation and improvement of out of box quality issues for specific products with cross-functional teams.
3. Keep tracking of product quality performance for both in-line and customer quality (OOBQ,FPY, DPU, COPQ, IPQC). Co-ordinate Root Cause Analysis and, when applicable, CAPA to improve quality for both product and process.
4. For new projects, PQA engineer is to do the followings:
1) Develop &implement Quality plan, process certification plan; Prepare process certification report; Determine equipment, tools and resources needed for FGA; Track new product quality performance before mass production.
5. Support regulatory function to keep Regulatory and Safety compliance. Support internal and external audits, participate in HSE, Lean manufacturing activities.
6. Review production and inspection records and approve products release.
For Supplier
1 Feed back the nonconformity information found in daily incoming inspection and production line to supplier through nonconformity report.
2 Lead the failure investigation, drive supplier and internal manufacture& design departments to analyze the root cause of failures, and take actions to prevent reoccurrence.
3 Monitor the status of nonconforming material, communicate with supplier in time and get supplier conformation, then inform buyer to return the nonconforming material.
4 Drive supplier to analyze the root cause of nonconforming material found in incoming inspection and production line, and take corrective and preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence.
5 If the material failed installation is returned to plant and need supplier to analyze the failure cause, communicate with supplier and get failure analysis in time. If needed, drive supplier to take actions to prevent reoccurrence.
6 Cooperate with purchasing department to accomplish part localization or verify source change with manufacturing engineer.
7 Communicate with supplier quality engineers in other sites to improve supplier quality improvement together.
8 Maintain incoming inspection plan, modify inspection plan in time when there is an engineering change.

1. Education, Professional experience:
? Bachelor degree with engineering background
 
2. Technical knowledge:
? Over 3 years working experience of QA position
? Working experience as Project Quality Engineer is preferred
? Quality Management System knowledge is plus
? Familiar with quality control methodology and tools . Six Sigma knowledge is preferred

3. Personal characteristics:
? Good communication skills and facilitation skills
? Strong team work spirit

4. Languages:
? English: Fluent spoken and written
? Mandarin: Fluent spoken and written

5. PC-Knowledge:
