职位描述：
1. 大专以上学历，有印刷包装行业或者印前媒体公司工作经验；

2. 熟练操作iMac电脑，熟练使用Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Esko Deskpack等软件；

3. 熟悉包装平面设计，印前处理和输出工艺（凹印、柔印）；

4. 有Artworks排版和设计经验。

5. 熟悉胶印、柔印和凹印印刷工艺; 懂修图，分色; 熟悉印刷厂生产对印前制作的要求, 能将印刷厂规格应用到印前制作中,如补漏白, 分色，柔印最小网点控制...等；

6. 较强的沟通能力，团队合作能力，要有独立完成工作的能力；

7. 善于学习，工作有责任心，注重细节，思路清晰，高效；
