职位描述：
Job purpose:
1, With the setup of HCSS, the daily operational tax & treasury work will be centralized to National tax team. This role will free up the FSS colleagues and help to regularly go in person to tax bureau, Customs, SAFE, etc. as a contact window with the authorities in Shanghai and Jiashan Zhejiang.
2, This role will assist National tax & treasury manager in managing nationwide tax, Customs, treasury issues or the projects assigned by Global tax/treasury to protect Heineken China’s interest under variable tax & treasury environment esp. given the China economic slowdown.
Job challenges:
1, To ensure fully compliance with China tax laws in the content of variable tax & treasury environment to protect Heineken China’s best interest.
2, To overall handle tax/treasury/Customs issues at National level to deal with multiple authorities, e.g. tax bureau, SAFE, Customs, etc. to manage the healthy tax & treasury position for Heineken China.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1, Handle monthly/quarterly/annual tax filing in professional and organized way
2, Responsible for coordination with HCSS to collect information/documents requested by authorities
3, Keep regular communication as a contact window with tax bureau and other local authorities, e.g. Customs, SAFE, etc.
4, Assist on external tax/government investigation
5, Assist on transfer pricing issues and inter-co outbound remittance
6, Assist on Customs issues, e.g. Customs valuation, audit, etc.
7, Assist on treasury management, cash forecast, etc.
8, Assist on ad-hoc task/projects
Qualifications:
1, Accounting/Tax education background with bachelor degree.
2, At least 3 years tax related working experience, big 4 / TP experiences will be preferred.
3, Familiar with tax regulations and related laws.
