Job Description Project Control Manager

The mission of the Project Control Manager (PCM) is the smooth operation of projects by gathering data and using analytical processes to predict and constructively influence the time and cost outcomes of a project. The PCMsupports Project Managers and reports to the Creative Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
? Maintain overview on all active design projects by updating the project overview board daily with new information.
? Forecast project load, identify overload and available resources.
? Coordinate Meetings, Deliveries, and Deadlines. Check the Office Schedule.
TEAM ARRANGEMENT
? Arrange Teams in close cooperation with Project Managers and Creative Directors.
? Ensure all team members are assigned to work and know their assignment.
? Check time sheets, leave applications and holiday applications.
PROJECT PLANNING & PROJECT STRATEGY
? Support project managers with the setup of the Project Charta: time schedule, drawing list, milestone setting, budget plan base of design and requirements table.
? Join the internal kick off meeting
DOCUMENT CONTROL
? Ensure that project documentation follows standards.
? Ensure that the project documentation is complete.
TIME CONTROL
? Track the progress of design projects.
? Check the actual time schedule to the base line.
? Keep project manager and creative director up to date.
BUDGET CONTROL
? Monitor the Budget of all Projects.
? Check to the actual budget to base line.
? Keep project manager and creative director up to date.

项目计划及项目策略
? 根据项目设计需求，支持和协助项目经理建立新项目工具包，包括：进度表，工程量清单，节点设置，项目预算。
? 参与关于新项目的内部启动会。
文档控制
? 确保所有项目文档遵循文档控制规范。
? 确保项目文档完整齐全。
进度控制
? 跟进设计项目的进度。
? 检查实际的时间进度是否达到基准线。
? 及时向项目经理和创意总监更新最近情况。
预算管理
? 监测所有项目的预算。
? 检查实际的人工时成本是否达到基准线。
? 及时向项目经理和创意总监提出更新以及预警。
QUALIFICATION
? 6 years or above of work experience; and minimum 4 years project control experiences in the design, engineering, construction relevant filed;
? Bachelor or Master Degree in related majors;
? Experience in project management, risk management, and resource management;
? Experiences in managing or leading a team will be a plus;
? Knowledge of Project Management , such as planning, budget preparation and management, personnel allocation and standard improvement;
? Familiar with domestic and international design, inspection standards;
? Good command of English in written and spoken level; as well as computer literate;
? Skilled in Excel, and good knowledge of Project Management software;
? Excellent communication skills and focus of problem-solving and decision making;
? Multi-task skills and logic thinking.

任职资格
? 6年及以上工作经验，至少具备4年在设计、工程、建筑相关行业领域的项目控制经验；
? 相关专业的本科或硕士学历；
? 拥有在项目管理、风险管理和资源管理方面的经验；
? 有管理或领导团队的经验者优先；
? 了解项目管理，如规划、预算编制和成本管理、人员分配和标准优化；
? 熟悉国内外设计及检验标准；
? 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力，以及电脑操作能力；
? 熟练掌握Excel及熟悉项目管理软件；
? 具备出色的沟通技巧、解决问题和决策的能力；
