职位描述：
1、推动供应商成立完善的质量保证小组. 　
Push supplier to set up a complete quality assurance team.　
2、推动厂商导入常用的质量工具，SPC, 6Sigma，7 tools 等品管手法。
Push supplier import common quality tools, just like SPC, 6 Sigma, 7 tools, etc.
3、负责各制程来料不良的处理，包括进料检验、生产过程、客户抱怨等，推动供应商改善
Be responsible for non-confirming parts from each process, including IQC inspection finding, process material issue, and customer complain, etc. Push supplier take improvement actions for each issues.
4、负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告（8D）及实施效果，必要时可进行现场审核检查；
Follow up supplier improvement actions and effect verification, and do on-site check when necessary.
5、负责制定进货检验部门（IQC）的检验规范及检验计划，并适时对检验员进行培训指导；
Make standard inspection procedure and sample plan for IQC, training inspector when necessary.
6、供应商过程变更及材质变更的确认管控. 　
Confirm and control supplier process change and material change.　
7、供应商的定期审核的执行。
Regular supplier audit. 　　　
8、制作进料检验SIP　
Make SIP for incoming inspection.
9、主导供应商样品的确认和放行；
Coordinate FAI verification and release.
10、每个月或每个季度，对现有供应商的质量状况进行统计评分，对评分较低的供应商提出限期改善要求； 　
Monthly performance review with supplier.

岗位要求：
1、至少3年以上类似的工作经验。
With similar working experience in supplier quality function at least 3 years.
2、 机械类专业或机电一体化专业，大专或大专以上学历
Major in mechanical or mechatronics, college degree or above
3、熟悉结构件的工艺流程
Familiar with the whole process of mechanical, metal, and stamping.
4、掌握公差分析知识；能够利用公差分析优化产品的设计质量
Be good at tolerance analysis, can use it to optimize the design of product quality,
5、熟悉相关的材料、模具和表面处理工艺等知识； 　
Familiar with relative material, tooling and surface treatment process,
6、熟悉相关的产品行业标准； 　　
Familiar with relative occupation standard.
7、熟悉QC七大工具，TS五大工具，6 sigma
Familiar with QC 7 tools, TS 5 tools and 6 sigma, can use them to analyze and solve issues.
8、良好的沟通技巧
Good communication with team and supplier.
9、有供应商审核经历
Had experience on new supplier survey and supplier process audit.
10、3D和2D软件知识，常用的3D软件包括Pro/E, UG, Solidworks, Catia等，熟练掌握其中一种即可；常用2D软件是AutoCAD；
Be good at 3D and 2D software, common 3D software including Pro/E, UG, Solidworks, Catia, could master one of them; could master 2D software of AutoCAD.
11、良好的英文阅读、书写和对话交流能力
