职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责公司前台工作，收发公司邮件、报刊、传真和物品，并做好登记管理以及转递工作；
2.对来访客人做好接待、登记、引导工作，及时通知被访人员；
3.负责前台区域的环境维护，保证设备安全及正常运转（包括复印机、空调及打卡机等）；
4.安排面试人员在前台处填写面试人员资料表，并通知人事进行面试；
5.协助公司员工的复印、传真等工作；
6.领导安排的其他事情。

任职要求：
1.形象气质佳，性格开朗，熟悉基本商务礼仪；
2.有良好沟通能力及执行能力，具备较强的责任心、敬业精神和职业操守；
3.熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件； 举报 分享
