Department Overview

The Global Regulator Accounting Compliance and Engineering group (GRACE) within Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) is an international technology team providing support to Wells Fargo International program for China Regulatory Reporting Solution

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test and deploy vendor software using Tomcat and SQL Server
• Support for SIT/UAT user accepting test
• Support for application into production and being on-call
• Evaluate complex business requirements and processes (new, enhancements, maintenance) and develops and prepares needed solution Collaborate with business and technology partners for gathering interface requirement, coding for data import and data extract
• Participate in overall systems testing and implementing applications into production environment
• Project planning, tracking and reporting executions

Qualifications

• University degree in information technology
• Fluency in Chinese
• Experience of more than 3 years Operation Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux) support OR hands on experience of 2 years application development with Windows and Unix/Linux.
• Experience of more than 3 years with Window Tomcat installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience of more than 3 years troubleshooting web/client/server applications
• Experience of more than 2 years of PowerShell scripting experience
• Knowledge in any relational database (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc)
• Experience with Siteminder (Channel Secure)
• Experience with SharePoint
• Ability to document technical systems in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and/or Word
• Knowledge of web protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and DNS) as well as troubleshooting connectivity of these protocols
• Deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills in a complex environment

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
