1. Handle inbound / outbound (LCL / FCL / Air), local and domestic business for assigned accounts 

2. Act as single point of contact for shipper / agent / corporate account on booked moves. 

confirm pack dates / delivery dates and other requirements with client. 

3. Responsible for ALL verbal / written communication with shipper / agent / corp. account. 

4. Ensure on time dispatch of all relevant shipping documents 

to agents / accounts / forwarders (Pre-Advise, Shipment status, Waybill, Bill of Lading etc.) 

5. Build up files 

6. Coordinate with traffic department: 

- Application of import / export permits 

- Bookings with shipping lines / freight forwarders 

- Preparation of all documents needed 

- Job instruction and delivery documents to OP 

7. Send delivery report (inbound) to overseas agent within 2 days of delivery incl. supporting documents 

8. Draft invoice as per quotation within 3 days after service date- to be approved by Manager- Move Coordinator. 

9. Follow up on outbound moves after arrival / delivery in destination country. 

10. Claim assistance as needed. 

Requirements: 

1.College Degree / preferably major in English,fluently in spoken and writing 

2-3 years work experience on customer service industry would be a plus 

2.Pleasant personality, strong in co-ordination skills, capable of working independently, willing to work under pressure 

3.Excellent command of both written & spoken English, English Level - CET 6 or above, TEM-8would be a plus
