职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
1. Monitoring and follow up material delivery to avoid impact of daily production.

2. Releasing components PR based on shipment requirement.
3. Sharing the updated material status to PC and OPDP for production and shipment adjustment.
4. To Pull in material delivery per customer’s requirement and PC’s production adjustment
5. To plan bulky items, date code label, serial number label delivery manually against real daily production output to save the Warehouse space.
6. Checking the ECN items and monitor the effective date based on inventory.
7. To push out/cancel mat’l per customer’s order changes and control inventory.
8. According to shipment schedule and materials LT, Planner pushes Engineer to release pending items for purchasing.

9. Collecting premium for shortage items by product & shipment.
10. Collecting and report materials exposure because order or forecast cancel & push out.
11. The critical item buffer suggestion depends on past order record and product forecast status.

Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree in Commercial, Engineering or other relevant field;
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing area in multinational company, prefer in electronic industry
3. Solid knowledge material procurement of BoM related items or Non-BOM related items
4. Good negotiation skill
5. Good team work player with ownership, be able to work in a multi-cultural environment
6. Good PC skill, especially Excel and PowerPoint
7. Knowledge and experience of MRP system
8. Active, Self-motivated and result oriented
9. Good English communication skill in both writing and speaking
