职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责制定焊接工艺流程、平面布局，编制焊接工艺文件
2、选择合理的焊接技术和设备，开发和制定具体的焊接工艺，满足产品技术的要求；
3、负责焊接设备的技术讨论型，提出工装的制作技术要求，负责工装的设计和技术验收；
4、负责生产中焊接的技术支持、技术服务、进行质量跟踪；
5、配合相关部门，做好焊接方面生产人员的岗位培训和指导；
6、针对生产过程中发生的和反馈的质量及工艺问题，及时进行分析和总结，不断提高和完善焊接工艺；
7、做好焊接工装及设备的维护保养。
岗位要求：
1、相关专业大专及以上学历，工业工程、机械设计制造相关专业。
2、至少3年焊接工装设计经验，有机械加工制造行业经验者优先
3、较强的沟通能力，以及项目管理能力
4、熟练使用AutoCAD,以及office办公软件
5、良好的英文水平（听说读写）
